Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription any time, so you only use it when you need it. You own everything we produce for you. If you cancel or pause, we'll continue working until the end of the billing cycle.
When you sign up, you'll be invited to a custom dashboard where you'll be able to submit, monitor, and manage all of your requests. When you join, we'll get some onboarding information from you to maximize our productivity, including your branding kit, any fonts & colors you use, any photo & video assets you have, all your website & social links, and examples of previous design & editing styles you've used previously if available.
In order to keep things moving at a productive pace, we distinguish between "tasks" and "projects". A task is an individual, bite-sized piece of work to achieve a single, specific objective. A project is generally a collection of smaller tasks to create something bigger.
Generally, a "task" would be something like designing a logo, developing a landing page or page section, or editing an Instagram Reel video. A project would be a new website to be designed & developed.
We don't currently support entire projects through this program. You are welcome to split a project into many tasks, but it may be better suited to work with us as a project.
We use a variety of software for our design, depending on the task. We use tools including Figma and Sketch for web design. For most other graphic design, we'll use some combination of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
Currently, yes. We exclusively develop in Webflow, and we also specialize in connected other no-code and low-code tools, such as Zapier and Make (previously Integromat). We can develop custom forms with advanced follow-up actions, membership portals, and basic custom widgets.
We use a variety of video editing software, primarily including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
Unlimited also means unlimited revisions. We'll revise the work until you're completely satisfied.
